Mother of the Groom
"Susie" is the proud, incredible mother of six passionate, successful adults; five beautiful, adoring grandchildren; beautiful bride of 50 years to Dr. Neil MacIntyre Jr, and generous sister to five fantastic siblings. Susie never misses a beat or moment to celebrate and shower her family with love. Susie is best known as a world-traveler and a stellar fisher-woman, with multiple trophies from her family fishing cabin in Canada. Susie and Dr. MacIntyre have recently purchased a residence in Wrightsville Beach, where Steve and Hunter are able to enjoy BBQs, epic sunsets and unforgettable family time together.
Dr. Neil Ross MacIntyre Jr.
Father of the Groom
Dr. MacIntyre's lighthearted personality and witty love of tossing lines from his favorite movie into conversation, would never allude to his esteemed reputation as a world-renowned pulmonologist at Duke University. He is a family man through and through--enjoying his free time traveling with the MacIntyre Clan, tailgating at Duke sporting events, and making the best darn buttermilk pancakes around. Above all, Dr. MacIntyre is an outstanding role model to his children and grandchildren inspiring them to live our their dreams.
Mrs. Dell Crumpton
Mother of the Bride
Often referred to as Dellie, Dell-a-dee, or "Grandma Dollar", she is the matriarch of the Crumpton family. Dellie, as Hunter playfully calls her, will probably place first as far as tears are concerned. Hunter is Dell's firstborn and the two share a special bond. This frugal Scottish lady is described by all who know her as nurturing, creative, calm-natured, strong and God-loving. Steve describes her as a caretaker of all (animals and humans), and Hunter says the quote, "All that I am or hope to be, I owe to my mother" encompasses her love.
Miss Christian Crumpton
Honorary Bridesmaid
Christian, also known as "CC", is the youngest of Hunter's siblings. One of Hunter's fondest memories of CC is her regular "classes" she would hold at home growing up. She was always the teacher, so with her passionate and gregarious demeanor, it has come as no surprise that her calling is in higher education. Above all, CC is known for her generous and giving heart. She can usually be found with her spunky tea cup chihuahua, Monkey, in tow.
Mr. Robert Crumpton Jr.
Father of the Bride
Known to the Crumpton family as "Big Bob" and to the outside world as an overgrown Carolina frat boy. His children share his love of the outdoors, his humor and his excellent taste in music. His charming Tidewater accent catches your ear in any room. His love of history and pride of being a Southerner are part of his long American Family History. Once a native North Carolinian, Bob now resides in North Dakota to be closer to his only grandchild, Clarke.
Mr. Andrew Boyd
Officiant
"Uncle Andy", as he is lovingly known, holds many roles. He is the attorney of the family, the voice of reason, and can make you laugh until you cry. He is the proud husband to Dee Davis Boyd and loving father of Anna Campbell and Davis. He is also the head honcho at the Boyd Farm, which I am sure we will hear more about at the wedding! He enjoys life on the water and prides himself on his impressive fishing skills.
Mr. Tyler Cralle
Officiant
He's the man born with the five o'clock shadow...The conservative voice of our generation... He's Tyler Cralle! You will be graced with the experience of the next Rush Limbaugh blessing the union with the power vested to him as co-officiant. When Tyler isn't officiating weddings, he is hosting his morning talk show on 980 WAAV. Hunter and Steve have grown to know and love Tyler as a beloved friend, local celebrity and cigar aficionado.
Mrs. Caitlin Fitch
Matron of Honor
Caitlin and Hunter lived together all four years of college at UNCW. Caitlin and Hunter were inseparable throughout college and despite 600+ miles, are inseparable still! Hunter served as Caitlin's Maid of Honor when she married her college sweetheart, Andrew Fitch, in 2018. They have countless travels, adventures and a lifetime of memories together. Caitlin is best known as the unofficial "planner" for all life's adventures.

Taylor and Hunter are essentially twins separated at birth. Not only do they find themselves in matching attire more so than not, but they share the same love of adventure and bright colors. Though they might be mistaken for one another at times, Taylor and Hunter balance one another well. Taylor's fun, calm and unwavering demeanor make her a lovable forever friend and an all-around fun gal ready for life's next adventure!

Best Man
Chuck-- brother, scholar, world traveler, and now Trojan Doc... Charlie is one of Steve's (many) older brothers. During their time as roommates; they traveled, golfed and acquired a beautiful lab (who you have probably met by now) Cameron.
Mrs. Caroline Sansotta

Caroline is the kindest, gentlest friend. Caroline and her husband, Dominic, have had many adventures with Hunter and Steve over the five years they have been together. Caroline and Dominic are an example of love as a notion, not a theory. They practice and fuel love daily with action and are an example of its existence and importance in day-to-day activity.

Best Man
Neil--Oldest brother and now local to Steve. They enjoy lots of scuba diving, Mic Ultra and time on the water together. Neil is the life of the party and is the man behind the scenes when it comes to world traveling. Together, the brothers have traveled three continents.
Mrs. Kalyn MacIntyre

Kalyn, also known as "K" among the MacIntyre Clan, is Steve's first and only sister-in-law to date. She is an unsurpassed mother of the next generation of MacIntyre twins, Malcolm and Helen, who you will also see strolling down the isle in style. She is a fellow adventurer and a fellow lover of IPAs. She is considered Doug's better half and Steve & Hunter ultimately look forward to having their family join them in Wrightsville Beach.

Doug-- NOAA pilot, scientist and beloved brother of Steve. Doug and "K" are fabulous parents to the next generation of MacIntyre twins. Steve credits his (self-proclaimed) good taste in music to Doug. Doug is the go-to brother for sound advice, encouragement and a good laugh.
Mrs. Cathy O'Neill

Cathy is the oldest of the siblings in the MacIntyre Clan. She paved the road for their successes and set the bar high. Cathy has a killer sense of humor and is a recent graduate of Elon's MBA program. She introduced Steve to his career in finance. Above all, Cathy is an amazing mother to Steve's nieces and nephews: Paddy, Becca and Mikey.
Mr. Tim O'Neill
Groomsman
Tim is Steve's brother-in-law and has been in his life for as long as he can recall. Tim is an incredible chef, Irishman, and wonderful husband to Cathy. He has played a major role in the athletic careers of their three children as a coach, mentor and chauffeur. Tim is also a fellow lover of finance, working alongside Cathy at Duke.

"Liz" is Steve's twin and lifelong sidekick. They have shared everything from carriages to cars. As Steve's better half, Liz recently returned to Durham, North Carolina, where she is following her passion for medicine at Duke. In April of 2019, she married her longtime sweetheart, Alejandro (Alex) Pino, in La Jolla Beach, California. Liz's amazing energy and loving spirit has always impacted Steve in a special way.

Fresh out the gates, Steve's new brother-in-law, "Alex" is the perfect addition to the MacIntyre Clan. Though he's new to North Carolina, the MacIntyre brothers have quickly introduced him to fishing and boating. Alex and Liz are the ultimate power couple and have the cutest French Bulldog you've ever seen, Bleecker.

Kaitlyn joined the Crumpton family in 2012 and has been the ultimate wife, mother and sister-in-law. Kaitlyn loves softball, horses, her gorgeous pups-- Zoey, Jax and Ranger-- and most of all, her handsome son Clarke. Hunter describes Kaitlyn as a girly girl who enjoys make-up and changing up her look-- but at the same time a tom boy who joins Bob on hunts and enjoys adventuring around the Dakotas.

"Bob" is Hunter's only (and favorite) brother. Bob and his family live in North Dakota and despite the miles between them, talk everyday. Hunter says she is most proud of the wonderful, adventurous and patient father Bob is to her nephew, Clarke. Bob is a true sportsman--he is an avid hunter and truly enjoys anything that involves being outdoors. Bob is a veteran of the USMC and Hunter says he inherited her good looks and charm.

Mehegan is the ultimate neighbor, friend and confidant. Hunter and Steve have been on several adventures with Mehegan and her husband, Justin, over the years. Mehegan will welcome her first child, and the flower girl, Virginia Parks Burgess, in September of 2019. We are hopeful Virginia Parks likes flamingos, tropical weather, and travel as much as her parents.

Shortly after being introduced to Justin and his wife, Mehegan, Steve and Hunter quickly decided to settle in their neighborhood. Not too long after, Steve joined Justin as a member of the distinguished Cape Fear Club in Wilmington. Needless to say, there isn't enough time in the day for all their camaraderie.

Caitlin is the ultimate gal pal, always up for a last minute adventure or a glass of wine. Caitlin's fun loving nature means time with her is always filled with lots of laughs and memories. Her two fur babies are almost always by her side--Pepe the Pomeranian and Odin the Tamaskan Husky. Caitlin is a loyal friend to her core.

An honorary member of the MacIntyre Clan, Chris shares their love of the water, outdoors and sports. Chris is an easy-going guy with a fun sense of humor. Chris and his soon-to-be wife, Caitlin, are the ultimate couple for double dates and adventures.

Victoria has the absolute voice of an angel. Hunter and Steve look forward to her sharing her talent at their wedding. She has a huge heart and is the perfect example of grace. Hunter and Steve attended Victoria and her husband, Jordan's, wedding in Punta Cana in 2017, which is when they knew they wanted a destination wedding with close friends and family.

Jordan and Steve became fast friends as they both moved to Wilmington in 2017 and share similar love of the outdoors, water and sports. Though they may not always see eye-to-eye when it comes to college sports, they can agree the Carolina Panthers are #1! Hunter and Steve are proud God-parents to Jordan and his wife, Victoria's, beautiful sheepadoodle, "Ollie".

Jamie, the attorney and voice of reason, is the perfect addition to Steve and Hunter's group of friends. She is an incredible listener, adventurer and the wittiest little lady in a 100 mile radius at all times. According to Aristotle, "a friend will tell you what you want to hear, but Jamie Getty will tell you what you need to hear." Smart man.

Brian and Steve's paths crossed almost immediately upon their arrivals to Wilmington, NC. They bonded over their "newbie" status both in Wilmington and at the Cape Fear Club. Hunter and Steve call Brian the perfect third-wheel, he's always up for checking out new spots around town or last minute shenanigans on the water. Brian is proof that chivalry is not dead. He also doesn't shy away from those not-so-fun tasks that come with friendship--like toting a 300 pound couch up a few flights of stairs.

Bailey and Hunter share a special bond as cousins. Growing up, Hunter loved spending summers with her cousins on the water. Hunter and Bailey spent many summer days being thrown from the tube behind the boat and soaking up sun on the beach. Bailey has the biggest heart and is the kindest friend.

Steve and Hunter met Hannah when she first began dating Steve's older brother, Charlie, in January of 2018... But they say it really feels like they've known her forever. Hannah is known as Wilmington's sweetheart! She is easy to love and always a joy to be around!

"Paddy", like his mom (Cathy), is leading the pack by example. He recently graduated and received a scholarship to Sewanee, where he will play soccer. Steve has enjoyed acclimating Paddy to the salt water lifestyle over the past couple summers.

If you were to take all of the amazing genes of the MacIntyre Clan and grace one woman with them... Well, you would get Becca O'Neill. She is smart, sassy and drop dead gorgeous. She is the eldest of Steve's nieces and a fun time to be around (she get it from her mama)!

It probably comes as no surprise that "Mikey" is also an up and coming star in the soccer world. Over the years, Mikey and Steve have spent many summers at the Artusio family fishing cabin in Canada. Steve is proud that Mikey is a key part of keeping the tradition alive.

"Liz" and Hunter attended highschool together and have known one another for the better half of their lives. Liz is a motivated boss babe who consistently seeks to empower her friends. Liz has played a major role in helping Hunter and Steve set their date and plan their wedding. Liz and her husband, Josh, spend most of their time golfing, on the water, or at home with their fur babies Macy & Matix.

Hunter describes Bain with one word, "selfless". Bain and Hunter met in Wilmington where their love of service to their community brought them together. Their lifelong friendship began with the Junior League of Wilmington. Hunter has called Bain a role-model as both a friend and trailblazer among the community. Bain is an inspiration and refreshing source of daily empowerment to Hunter and her friends in Wilmington.

Clarke has the Crumpton family wrapped around his finger as the only grandchild. He is smart, handsome and adores his Aunt Hunter more than anything. He loves to talk and being at the center of the fun (much like his Aunt Hunter). He is following in his parents footsteps with his love of the outdoors and animals.

Helen steals the heart of anyone she meets! She is a true angel, from her soft sweet voice to her warm smile and hugs. Helen and her twin brother, Malcolm, aren't new to their roles as they recently stole the show at their Aunt Liz and Uncle Alex's wedding. Helen loves anything sparkly and recently melted the hearts of an entire audience at her first dance recital.

Like the MacIntyre men who have followed before him, Malcolm is the ultimate ladies man. He loves super heroes, which is ironic as he is a super hero himself. Malcolm is wise beyond his years and never fails to put a smile on your face. Malcolm knows what he wants and has a determination and positive attitude that is unsurpassed and most admirable.

Virginia Parks Burgess, daughter of Mehegan and Justin Burgess, made the Burgess' a family of 3 on September 18th. Her mom will be assisting her as she makes her first premiere as flower girl. She is absolutely perfect and her personality is already shining through. Its clear she already shares her parents good looks, love of travel and affinity for warm weather!
