We are getting married and we are so happy that you can be part of it!

It all began the summer Maciel traveled to Italy and told her mom, half-joking, “I think I want to marry an Italian.” Just a few months later, Teddy stepped in. It all started when Teddy offered to help Maciel move apartments knowing that was a way to get his foot in the door. And just like that Maciel and Teddy started talking, and it quickly became clear that this was something special. Teddy showed up with kindness, charm, and everything Maciel didn’t even know she was looking for. Eventually, it was time for the true test, meeting Maciel’s mom. Teddy made the trip to Florida "looking for apartments" but really an excuse to spend time with Maciel and attempt to win over her family. The moment he stepped into her home, everything fell into place. After just a few hours, Margarita offered (insisted) Teddy to stay at the house and the rest is history. Maciel is Luca approved and the 3 of them spend loads of time together, cooking, cleaning, watching wrestling and even dancing. Luca loves teasing Maciel and cooking with her. When she is not home, Luca walks in and asks "Where is Maci?" Through 30th birthday celebrations, late nights at Logan Ave, trips to PR, Costa Rica, DR, Maine and Vermont the love between Maciel and Teddy grew and flourished. In early 2024 they moved in together and have been inseparable ever since. On October 19th, 2024 Maciel and Teddy went down to Florida for what she thought was a 5K race and Christmas family photo shoot. But little did Maciel know Margarita, Jose Miguel and most of all Angie, had planned the most perfect engagement. With music, a huge heart made out of roses and best of all Teddy, she walked around the corner and saw huge surprise, Teddy on one knee. We are both so excited to celebrate with everyone and can't wait to share our love with our families.
