FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 1, 2027, so we can finalize our plans.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal black-and-white attire is requested. We love a good statement piece, so feel free to have fun with patterns and accessories! Just one small request: let's keep the white gowns reserved for the bride. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those specifically listed on your invitation attend.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you enjoy our ceremony unplugged by keeping phones and cameras tucked away so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Don't worry—we'll be sure to share the professional photos afterward! Once the reception begins, feel free to snap away. A QR code will be available for guests to upload and share their favorite photos from the celebration.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, with the reception indoors. Spring weather in East Tennessee can be unpredictable, so we encourage guests to plan for a variety of conditions.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue address and directions can be found on the Travel page of our website.

Question

What should we do while we're in town?

Answer

We recommend making a weekend of it! Explore the area, enjoy time with family and friends, and take advantage of everything the region has to offer.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the celebration! If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
