Shuttle Service
A complimentary shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the hotel and wedding venue. Service is provided by Phoenix Florida Charters using a 56-passenger shuttle.
Hotel → Venue Transportation
• Shuttle service will begin at 3:00 PM
• Shuttles will run approximately every 15–20 minutes
• The final shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:10 PM
***Please do not wait for the last shuttle, as seating may be limited and availability is not guaranteed.
Venue → Hotel Transportation
• Return shuttle service will begin at 8:00 PM
• Shuttles will run continuously back to the hotel throughout the evening
