Can we bring our kids?
Answer
We have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event. With the exception of the children in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request that guests wear formal attire for our wedding. Suits and ties for gentlemen, and evening dresses or gowns for ladies. Ladies, please no blue. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Belle Isle is a historic castle on our very own private island on picturesque Lough Erne. Belle Isle Estate offers an unparalleled blend of natural beauty, historic charm, and luxurious accommodation to suit a range of guest desires. Set on a private 400-acre estate designated as a Special Area of Conservation. The Castle combines modern luxury with the rich history and character of a centuries-old building, ensuring that your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.

What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
A formal RSVP will come with invitations however, if you know you will not be able to make it, please let us know as soon as possible.

How do I coordinate travel arrangements from the airport to the venue?
Answer
We recommend Diamond Travel to get to and from the airport. They provide both Taxi and Coach transfers. You can find the link to the website in the travel section.

Where is the venue?

Our venue's address is Belle Isle Estate, 10 Belle Isle Demesne, Lisbellaw, Enniskillen BT94 5HG, United Kingdom.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors
Answer
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the Abercorn Terrace (unless it is raining). The cocktail hour will be indoors in both Library drawing rooms. The dinner/reception will take place Grand Hall.

What is the best airport to use?
Answer
The Dublin airport is about a 1 hour and 57 minute drive to the venue. The Belfast airport is about a 1 hour and 30 min drive to the venue. You can fly into whatever airport you prefer. Just ensure you are arriving by June 5th for check in at the castle.

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
June is one of the nicest months of the year in the Ireland. It has some of the driest overall weather. Temperatures are typically in the 50s° and 65s° F.

Are we allowed to bring plus ones?
Answer
Plus ones will be limited, as we have attendance limits we are required to follow. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your formal invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We'll be serving Canapés during the cocktail hour followed by a sit down 5 course dinner meal with wine allocation. You get a choice of one entree for the wedding dinner. Belle Isle will provide a buffet breakfast for all castle guests each morning at 9:00am.

Will there be meal options for guests dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes! We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Check in is at 3:00pm on June 5, 2026. Check out is 10:00am on June 7, 2026.
