Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. For the men, nice blue/black jeans or khakis pants are welcome as well as light-weight slacks if that is what you feel best in. For the ladies, a nice sundress, jumper, light pants, or cocktail dress would be perfect for the weather. The ceremony will be located outside (it will be hot) and a short walk from the reception space so dress accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We have limited the children invited to only those in the wedding party. We kindly thank you for understanding and hope you can still join us to celebrate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony space is a short walk from the reception space. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance of ceremony start time. Golf cart transportation is available if needed. Please allow extra time for transportation if needed. We do not recommend arriving too early due to the reception space not being available to guests until after cocktail hour so please be aware there will be no air conditioned space to sit prior to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All events will take place at the same location. The ceremony will be located outdoors. Cocktail hour will be on the covered porch. The reception is indoors with air conditioning!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
As much as I'd love to predict Missouri weather, that will be impossible. June weather tends to be quite hot but we're hoping it will cool down in the evening. In the event it rains, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can’t allow all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Invitations will note if a guest or plus one is invited. Thank you so much for understanding!

Yes! Beer, wine, and seltzer will be provided!
