Things To Do

Extending your Stay?

Avalon is a great place to spend a few extra days before or after the wedding. We will be around as well, so please reach out to meet up! Day Trip to Cape May, NJ Cape May is the southern-most town in New Jersey. Cape May is a showcase of late-Victorian-era architecture and is just about a 30 minute drive from Avalon. Cape May has a little something for everyone- shopping, food, drink, and beaches! We recommend breakfast at the Mad Batter, perusing the shops along Washington Street, a walk on the grounds of Congress Hall and the beach, and dinner at the Virginia House. Cape May, NJ is where our engagement pictures were taken!
