Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

While we are not having a formal welcome party, we will be hanging out at Stable Craft Brewery from 8pm-10pm. We'll be grabbing drinks, catching up, and kicking off the weekend after our rehearsal dinner. No need to dress up - just come as you are! If you are looking for dinner plans, Stable Craft has amazing food if you wanted to grab dinner there beforehand.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. This may look like a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit or dress shirt with a tie for men. Please no jeans. Please note: You will be on grass for the ceremony, so stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. Additionally, please keep an eye on the weather, it can be warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap/jacket.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the reception room and balcony of the barn, which provides indoor and outdoor space. We are hoping for a beautiful day, around this time of the year it can be warm during the day and cool at night. The reception room and balcony of the barn have no heating or A/C. Because of this we recommend a light wrap/jacket if you get cold at night.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your kids, we are keeping the celebration adults-only - except for those who are in the wedding party. Thanks for understanding, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. Our venue's address is 106 Zion Church Rd. Waynesboro, VA 22980. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the field where parking is available and to the ceremony location outside of the barn.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Our venue is in a beautiful, but somewhat remote location, so rideshares such as Uber and Lyft may be limited so please plan accordingly. There will be free parking onsite for those who chose to drive, and we will be providing a shuttle service between the hotels and venue. Shuttle Service - Details to come

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. It will include beer, wine, seltzers, and two custom mixed drinks. Additionally, non-alcoholic drinks such as water, tea, lemonade, and soda will be available.

What food will be served?

Answer

We will have appetizers to snack on during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with a beef and chicken as the main, plus additional sides, salads, and rolls. If you have any severe allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
