When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request that all guests please RSVP by February 1, 2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When should we arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 4:00 pm to give yourself time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 4:30.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is Black-Tie Optional. The wording here indicates something slightly less formal than black-tie is acceptable. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. The choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although we can’t predict the exact weather, temperatures in early March are typically around 75 degrees during the day and 60 degrees at night. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket. Please keep in mind that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Marriott SpringHill Suites Winter Park with a limited number of rooms available at a discount. Please use our discount code or reference the Macca/Barrett Wedding if you choose to call. Discount Code - MBWMBWK Block space is limited. Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are not providing transportation to and from the events, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and there is plenty of parking available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00 pm, but we can continue celebrating at the happily ever after-party. Details to come!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture our special day and would prefer to see your smiling faces in our pictures instead of your phones. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! If you share your pictures on social media, we ask that you tag them with our hashtag #MaccaBarrettWedding so we can keep track of all your pictures.

Kindly inform us of any food allergies or dietary needs and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, and an elevator is available to access the rooftop cocktail hour.
