When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Saturday August 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please do NOT arrive before 2:45.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Self parking is available on-site for guests. Please note that the parking lot is gravel and is not paved. Larger vehicles should enter through the vendor entrance, which is marked by sign and noted on the provided venue map.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are invited to embrace the botanical setting, and should dress for an elegant garden party. This may include sundresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy lightweight separates. khakis, slacks and light dress shirts are also appropriate. jackets and ties are optional. *Please prepare to walk short distances in gravel & lawn.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is an option when filling out the RSVP to include any major allergies or dietary restrictions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome and should be listed on your invitation/RSVP. We will even have some fun activities and special buffet options just for them!

My invitation did not include a guest; can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests not specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation between guests' accommodations and the venue.
