What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 13th, 2026.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding and reception venue?

Answer

The wedding and reception are being held at the same location. There will be ushers that will be able to show each guest where they are supposed to be and when.

Have we reserved room blocks at ONE or MORE hotels?

Answer

We have reserved one hotel room block at the ALoft hotel in Cleveland, which is attached to our wedding venue. There are limited rooms available so please reserve one as soon as possible.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue and the hotel?

Answer

Since the hotel is attached to our wedding and reception venue, there will be no transportation needed to and from the hotel.

What do I do with my car if I am not staying the night at the hotel?

Answer

We are providing valet services for all guests, you will let the valet services team know that you are there for the Shinaberry/Movens Wedding and they will take your car and keys.

What is the dress code for the wedding / reception?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We are asking that our guests do not wear jeans.

Are plus ones or children allowed?

Answer

If you were provided with a guest, you will see this on your invitation and when you RSVP. All children of our guests invited are invited to our wedding.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

All guests will receive an itinerary upon arrival to the venue.

What should I do if I do not make it into the hotel room block?

Answer

If you do not make it into the hotel room block, please reach out to either Mac or Melissa directly as one of us will be able to resolve this issue for you.

Are there any colors or styles that we prefer guests not to wear?

Answer

No! Please come wearing whatever you love and are comfortable in! As long as you are not in jeans (Duplaga family....)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, of course. Come thirsty.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will serve either a vegetarian dish or a nonvegetarian dish, depending on what you select in your RSVP. I have included what comes in both of those options in the RSVP. In addition, there will be plenty of passed hors d'oeuvre along with a charcuterie platter. Come ready to eat!
