It is a short 5-10 minute walk from the town center of Peebles, 2 minute drive. There is no direct public transport but we are working on securing taxi’s that will be available for those who need them.
The event starts at 1:30pm, with the ceremony at 2pm. There will be canapés, prosecco, and photo opportunities following with Wedding Breakfast starting at 3:30-4:15pm. The wedding party will move upstairs after until 6pm, when the evening reception will begin and Bars will be opening! Cake cutting is at 7:30pm along with any other desserts. Last calls for bar will be at 9:30pm and wrap up will be at 10pm!
We have a 20% discount at the nearby Hydro Resort, use code “NEIDPATH” at checkout. There are also a handful of B&B’s that are available as well. Outside of that there are other nearby rental properties through the castle, just contact us and we can discuss pricing and availability!
We Recommend booking a taxi well in advance, roughly 3-6 weeks prior to travel as taxi’s are limited. Our goal is to have a general idea of airport arrival times and have a shuttle to transport to Hydro.
