Where will the ceremony be held? Reception?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather dependent and the location does involve walking in the grass. Ladies, keep this in mind as your heels will sink in the lawn! The reception will be indoors. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, Lake Lodge.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive and take your seat prior to the start and to arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you like (no white please) We encourage you to check the weather leading up to our day and dress accordingly. Our ceremony will be held outside and a tent will be provided in the case of inclement weather. All other events will be inside the venue, feel free to travel outside too! The venue has a/c. Please leave the boots and blue jeans at home. Please note, our bridesmaids will be wearing lilac

What's for dinner?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style with the following menu items: - Bruschetta Chicken - Jack Daniel's Flank Steak - Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes - Baked Ziti - Hawaiian Rolls - Fresh Chopped Romaine Salad Before dinner is served, please enjoy our Hors D'oeuvres: - Charcuterie Board - Sweet Chili Meatballs - Chicago Pizza Bites Please contact us if you have a dietary restriction.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unless the children were addressed on your invitation, they are not invited. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are the invited kids allowed to stay all night?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that arrangements are made to have children (under 18yo) picked up after dinner.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If your invitation was addressed just to you, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thanks so much for understanding!

What is the bar situation?

Answer

Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! Everything else will be cash bar only.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to bring guests to and from their hotels!

Can we keep our cars at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! Your car can stay overnight, please don't drink and drive!
