FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website by April 4, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we have chosen to limit kids to direct family members. Kids who are invited will be addressed on the envelope.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a parking lot available with overnight parking, free of charge. If you would like to park overnight, please pick your car up the following morning no later than 12:00pm.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony 30 minutes early to secure parking and make your way over to the ceremony house!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and dinner reception will be held indoors, within air conditioned facilities. Our cocktail hour will be held outside, with lawn games available to play! The venue provides sunscreen, bug spray, blankets and umbrellas for guests to access if needed.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue, at a pickup location in Barrhaven. If you are interested in using the shuttle service, please fill out the question on the RSVP or reach out to Emma directly to ensure we plan enough transportation.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you would still like to give a gift, our registries can be found under the "Registry" tab. Thank you so much for celebrating with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire Dressy, celebratory, and rustic chic—perfect for a barn celebration. Comfortable footwear encouraged to shake and shimmy on the dance floor!
