Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately we have decided on no kids - we have hit venue capacity with adults only!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When RSVP-ing, if there is a guest listed under your name then you are more than welcome to bring them along!

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal/formal attire! The ceremony/cocktail hour will be outdoors and October can be unpredictably warm OR cold so please dress accordingly. The Reception will be inside a glass conservatory. Please no tennis shoes or jeans :)

Will there be a shuttle system to/from the venue?

Answer

YES! The shuttle will do 2 pick ups prior to the ceremony - The first pick up will be 3pm and the second pick up will be 3:30pm. There will also be a continuous shuttle at the reception starting at 8:15pm and going through the end of the night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm - Please arrive no later than 3:45pm. If you cannot make the ceremony with the wedding being on a Friday, we would love if you joined us for cocktail hour from 4:30pm-6pm OR reception from 6pm-10pm!

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes and no! Parking directly in front of the Tudor House is off limits but there is a large public parking lot right outside the premises that you can leave your car at overnight if needed. Please leave your car if you choose to enjoy some drinks with us :) There is a shuttle to get everyone to/from the venue safely.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

We are making it accessible on top of what the venue already has! There will be a golf cart to take people from the parking lot to the ceremony location and the goal is to have 1-2 wheelchairs to assist with mobility from point a to b throughout the day. The Tudor House emphasized the stone and concrete walkways around the venue for our guests safety!
