Will there be transportation to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes, charter bus will pick up guests and leave from the Lodge at Whitefish Lake at 4PM. Please be in the lobby 10 minutes before. After Welcome Party charter bus will take guests back to the Lodge at Whitefish Lake. If you are not planning on using our transportation please meet at Flathead Harbor Grille Lakeside by 5PM.

Will there be food at the Welcome Party?

Yes, dinner & drinks will be provided.

What is the dress code for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Formal Attire. Elegant whimsical garden party attire (pastel or floral colors encouraged!)

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, please arrive 15 minutes early to be seated and on time.

Are kids allowed to join for the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is a kids-free wedding! But, we have resources available to watch your little loved ones, so feel free to reach out to us and we can help.

Where is the After Party?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles starting at 10:15PM to 2:15AM from the Lodge at Whitefish to Downtown Whitefish (Great Northern Bar) that will run back and forth throughout the night. Ubers are available to get home if you are not staying at the Lodge.
