Yes, of course. We're excited to celebrate with guest of all ages. If your're bringing little ones, just let us know when you are RSVP

What should I wear? Is there a dress Code
Answer
Dressy casual to semi-formal. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend dressing comfortably for the weather and choosing shoes suitable for grass and uneven ground. We want you to look great and feel comfortable!

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
The guests are welcome to enjoy the provided yard games and cocktail hour while the wedding party finishes with pictures.

Can we bring outside drinks in?
Answer
We totally get wanting to bring your favorite beverage, but our venue doesn't allow any outside drinks and there is a fine if any outside drinks are brought in. Don't worry though, we'll have plenty of great options available for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for understanding

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place

Yes! no need to travel- everything will take place at the same venue. Just come ready to celebrate, and we'll take it from there!

What time should we arrive

The ceremony start time is at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:15PM to allow time to park, find a seat and be settled before the ceremony starts.

Is there a hotel block

Yes, there is a block of rooms at the Best Western in Hill City! More rooms will be blocked later on!

What other lodging is there
Answer
There is many AirBnB around the area if wanting to make a little vacation out of the weekend! Custer SD is also very close to Hill City

Is overnight parking available
Answer
Yes, overnight parking is available at the venue. Vehicles can be left overnight. Please dont drink and drive- your car is welcome to stay if needed to catch a ride home.
