If you didn't know, Philadelphia has one of the largest Vietnamese populations in the US. If you've never had a banh mi (a Vietnamese hoagie served on fresh house-based baguette) do yourself a favor and get one here with BBQ or lemongrass pork. Their prepared chicken or spring rolls shouldn't be missed either.
You may have seen Christina Martinez on Netflix' Chef's Table and forgot she is based in Philly. Yes, the barbacoa is that good.
