What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot out front of the venue, so no need to worry! Car must be out of lot the next day (9/13/26) by 9:00AM

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Please see the "Where to stay" tab for our room block. You may stay anywhere you would like, however the shuttle will be leaving and returning to the Lancaster Arts Hotel. Please arrive to this hotel accordingly to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle.

What type of dinner are you serving?

Answer

It will be buffet style with lots of different options to accommodate all parties. Please let us know if you have any food allergies when asked during RSVP.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If we reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified when you RSVP through our website and will say “guest”. Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venues capacity restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to sign our guest book, use the restroom and seat yourself. Ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 so please arrive by 3:00.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation/RSVP, this is an adults only event. We encourage to use this evening as a date night!
