When do I have to RSVP by?

July 1st, please! We need to provide our caterer with final numbers. We'd like to feed you all, so please let us know if you'll be joining us by then.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration and they should be included in your RSVP!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress comfortably and in a way that makes them feel their best. While we'll be dressed formally for our special day, our priority is that you feel wonderful celebrating with us. Wear something that makes you feel confident and joyful!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be lots of free street parking around the venue in the quaint area of downtown Leavenworth. There are also two public parking lots near 514 Cherokee St, Leavenworth, KS 66048 and 525 Shawnee St, Leavenworth, KS 66048

Will the reception and ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Don’t you fret, we know it’s July! Both the ceremony and reception celebrations will take place indoors.

Is everything at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! J.W. Crancers has two combined rooms, one where we will have the ceremony and one where we get to party.
