What does Black Tie Preferred mean?

Black Tie Preferred refers to a dress code in which a tuxedo/dinner jacket (black tie) is requested, but guests have the option to wear a dark business suit if they so choose. For women gowns and cocktail dresses are appropriate.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the church guests staying at the hotel can feel free to check in and take the shuttle on over to the reception at 5:30

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We respectfully request that all guests honor the sanctity of this moment by turning off cell phones and cameras and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us! Once we are announced Mr. & Mrs. feel free to take as many pictures as you would like

For those of us staying at the hotel will there be a bar after ?

If you wish to continue the party the hotel bar will be open until 2 am last call to purchase drinks is 1:45am
