What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45PM so that we can start the ceremony on time at 4:00PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have our room block at Towne Place and Suites in Loveland, Colorado. We also listed a few other recommended hotels in the area on our travel page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please specify any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so that we can work with our caterer. Any special dietary restrictions need to be communicated with the caterer 2 weeks prior to the event so please let us know with enough notice to plan.

We’re enjoying springtime at a winery—dress to impress, have fun, and feel comfortable! Think light, stylish cocktail/semiformal attire such as colorful or floral dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits or button up and slacks. Please avoid overly casual attire like shorts or sneakers.
