Parking is in a field right between the ceremony and reception, there is gravel paths and grass. There will be a few golf carts run by the venue to accommodate those who need assistance getting from each place.
There is the Fairfield linked on the website. Its just a few minutes down the road from venue! About 10 minutes away next to the interstate.
The venue has over 160 acres with hiking trails, ponds, a beautiful overlook of the river, a garden, orchard and open fields. Bring a pair of tennis shoes to walk around the venue if you wish, it’s beautiful!
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the venue including our own fur babies. There is a few hotels about 10 minutes down the road from the venue that allow pets.
The ceremony will be held in “ the woodlands” at 10:30 am, followed by the cocktail hour 11:00-noon. Reception will be noon-5:00pm. Both are located here at the venue and are a short walk from each other.
Yes. The wedding and reception are both outside. The reception will have a big party tent to have all the tables and chairs under. There is a big barn that was turned into a house. It’s about a 10 minute walk away to the back of the venue that has air conditioning and bathrooms for guests to use as they need.
We all hope it doesn’t rain the day of the wedding, but we still plan to carry on with the wedding regardless of the weather.
We are not registered anywhere, we are kindly asking for donations to our honeymoon fund.

Please arrive by 10:30 for the ceremony as it will start at 11:00 am the day of the wedding.
If you have a food allergy, please notify the person serving you at the wedding for accommodations.
No there is not, as we do not have hotel blocks booked for the wedding. Please ask the hotels you book if they could accommodate you.
We plan to have BBQ for the reception and are working on food for the cocktail hour! Pizza will be for diner for those who stay and party.
Its a Foster wedding! Of Course! There will be an open bar with alcohol, sodas and bottled water. We will have Rum and Coke, Vodka Lemonade, Busch light, Sunny Little Thing from Sierra Nevada. With a Red and White wine from Door County, Wisconsin.
