How Do I RSVP?

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on the RSVP page. If you receive a plus one their name will be on the RSVP page.

We have decided to keep our wedding to an adults only event. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What Should I Do If My Plans Change?

Please let either of the brides know ASAP so that we can change the RSVP for our vendors. We will miss you joining us on our big day but we understand things happen.

What Is The Address For The Ceremony and Reception?

Both events are at the same location which can be found under the schedule tab.

Indoor Or Outdoor Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be held outside (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors. Please check the weather when planning your outfit for our event.

Is There Parking Available.?

Yes, there is plenty of parking spaces at the location.

What’s The Best Way To Get Around?

Answer

Getting from the Salt Lake City airport to either of the hotels listed under Travel tab depending on time of day, will take thirty minutes to one hour. Each hotel is around ten minutes to the venue. Please plan on renting a car, or if you prefer to uber. There will not be transportation at the hotel before the start of the ceremony.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail, but we encourage everyone to dress in their western best! We ask you to not wear jeans, t-shirts, or bright colors to keep within the aesthetic we would like. Our bridesmaids and bridesman will be in floor length burgundy dresses and suits for reference! Please look at Outfit Inspiration tab for some ideas!

What Kind Of Shoes Are Best For The Venue?

Answer

Cowboy boots, dress shoes, booties, flats, thicker heels would be best on the grass. We ask no sneakers, flip-flops, or work boots.

Should I Bring Anything Extra?

Answer

Making sure to check the weather before arriving plan on having a jacket with you for the outdoor portion of the evening.

Where Should I Stay/Is There A Hotel Block?

Answer

Please stay at either hotel under the Travel Tab. Due to the amount of out-of-town guests no hotels would allow such a big block, so we are unable to provide a hotel block. Please plan on booking early for the best rates.

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Please arrive at least 30-20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

Will There Be A Bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cash bar with beer, wine, and specialty cocktails available to our guests after the ceremony until thirty minutes before the end of the night. Non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary. You can settle your tab for each drink with cash, Venmo, or credit/debit cards.

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our amazing photography and videography team are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and call phones tucked away until cocktail hour. Definitely don’t want to be the one caught with their phone out in a photo! Our officiant will give our guests a opportunity to snap a quick photo after both brides have made it to the alter. We will share our professional content with our guests once we have it!

Should I Post On Social Media?

Please do take lots of photos and videos to post after the ceremony has concluded.

Where Are You Registered?

Answer

Instead of a traditional registry we have created a honeymoon fund for anyone who’d like to contribute, but we do have a small registry for those who would prefer a physical gift.

Is It Okay To Send A Gift Later?

Answer

Yes! Of course if you are wanting to give a physical gift and do not want to travel with it, please use the address found on the invitation envelope.

What Kind Of Food Will There Be?

We will be having a buffet style bbq dinner. Main meats that will have sides are: Pulled Pork BBQ Chicken Succotash (vegetable dish, corn, lima beans, tomatoes)

Where Should I Fly Into?

Salt Lake City (SLC) is the closest major airport to the hotels and venue.

Where Should I Sit?

Answer

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the receptions and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat.
