At The Bell Event Centre we are implementing several strategies to maintain healthy operations by: -Requiring the use of face masks among all employees. Face masks are most essential in times when physical distancing is difficult. Information will be provided to staff on proper use of face masks. -Conducting temperature checks on employees safely prior to the start of their shift. -Ensuring adequate supplies to support healthy hygiene behaviors such as soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, & disinfectant wipes. -Posting signs in highly visible locations that promote everyday protective measures & describe how to stop the spread of germs such as by properly washing hands. -Including messages about behaviors that prevent spread of COVID-19 when communicating with vendors, staff, & customers. -Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces as much as possible & cleaning shared objects between each use. -Training employees on proper cleaning timing and procedures.
Guests are required to social distance. Due to these requirements the ceremony will not have row seating. Guests will be seated at their designated tables of 10 or less during the ceremony and reception. Bars will not be open, you will have to order beverages from your server at the table. Dancing is allowed, but requires social distancing. Please reach out if you have any further questions about this.
Beverages are required to be ordered via your server at your designated table. Entrées and hors d’oeuvres will be plated. The entrée consists of two proteins. Grilled chicken with capers & picatta sauce and filet of beef tenderloin with cabernet demi glaze with sides of mashed potatoes and crisp broccolini. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

From I-71 South Take I-71 South to the Reading/Gilbert exit. Stay on Reading Rd through 2 lights. At the 2nd light, Reading & Liberty, there will be a Staples on your left. Cross over Liberty St, continuing on Reading Rd for about 1/4 mile. Turn right onto Pendleton St and make an immediate left. From I-75 North Take I-75 North towards I-71 North entering Ohio. Take a slight right to stay on I-71 (signs for US-50 E/Columbus). Take exit 2 on the left for Eden Park Drive.
