WHERE CAN WE PARK FOR THE WEDDING CEREMONY IN SAN FRANCISCO?

Answer

The Civic Center Plaza Garage is located at 355 McAllister Street. Parking on the streets around San Francisco City Hall can be challenging, even in the middle of the week. It’s a popular place! It is much easier to park in the Civic Center Parking Garage across the street, but be aware – it’s hard to spot! The parking garage is underground and has a single entrance on McAllister St, adjacent to Civic Center Plaza, near the corner of McAllister and Polk. It’s easy to miss – just look for the single Parking sign above the entrance.

How early should we arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please give yourself at least 30 minutes to find parking and also to get through security. You will have to go through a metal detector and they will search your bags. The ceremony begins at 11AM.

Will I have to pay for parking?

Answer

For the ceremony in San Francisco: yes, there is a fee for the Civic Center Plaza Garage (located at 355 McAllister Street). We will not reimburse you for parking! For the reception in Milpitas: parking is complimentary.

I have concerns about covid; how should I discuss this with you?

Answer

We are vaccinated and we ask that all of our guests do the same. However, we understand that it’s not possible for everyone to get vaccinated (for example, very young children) and there has been news about covid variants. We understand completely if you are not comfortable attending. You can RSVP no for any reason (or no reason at all). We can celebrate at a later time when you are comfortable doing so. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss further.
