On April 12, 2022, it started with a match of two individuals that love their cats as their own children, it started with a facetime call that lasted hours, it started with a coffee shop date that rolled into a dinner date. It started and never ended. Lyric never stopped yapping about whatever was on her mind and Richard never stopped listening. On April 22, 2022, they made it official, starting the expansive joy of their relationship, whilst dealing with the complexity of life. They introduced their cats. They moved in together. They nursed back to health and adopted Mateo, the newest cat addition. They traveled cities together. Dealt with the death of family members. The bluest days were always faced together and the joys became brighter than they ever were. On July 6, 2024, Richard asked Lyric to marry him and they can’t wait to celebrate with you all on August 8, 2026!
