For the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, cocktail attire is recommended. For the ceremony and reception, the attire is black tie optional - men may wear tuxes or a dark-colored suit and tie, and for women, a formal floor or midi-length dress. We also recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable to walk on grass in, such as wedges, sandals, flats, or block heels.
Yes and we strongly encourage everyone to take the complimentary shuttle buses. Please check out our Wedding Weekend and Travel pages for all the info you need. Keswick Vineyards also has plenty of parking - if you choose to drive, you will be directed to the lot when you arrive (keep in mind, there will be an open bar, so please plan accordingly). We will also be offering a shuttle that will leave the premise of Keswick at 9:15p.m. for those who would like to return home earlier in the night.
Yes. Any car left overnight must be removed before 10am on Sunday, June 11.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Guests arriving after this time will not be able to be seated until the ceremony concludes. If you're driving to the venue, please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early so that you can grab a quick refreshment and take in the beautiful space and scenery that is what made us fall in love with Keswick in the first place. We will be providing transportation both to and from Keswick on the day of the wedding!
This will be an unplugged ceremony. We're respectfully asking that everyone leave all cameras and cell phones off during the ceremony. Our amazing wedding photographer, Ashley Olson, will be capturing it all. We're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and enjoy taking it all in without cell phones being in the way. Afterwards, we welcome and encourage guests to take and post as many pictures as they desire.

Hotels and Airbnb's can be hard to come by the longer you wait to book due to the popularity of Charlottesville's wedding venues as well as an alumni reunion the weekend of our wedding. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP in the spring. If you have any questions, please reach out.
