Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, as we will be starting right on time! No earlier than half an hour is necessary. There will be transportation leaving from the hotel at 3:00 (mini-coach), 3:15 (trolley), and 3:30 (mini-coach). If you do not plan to drive to the venue then please plan to be ready for either the mini-coach or trolley at those times.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal, meaning suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are jackets, slacks, sundresses, and dressy jumpsuits. It will likely be chilly, especially at night, so we suggest bringing a jacket. The wedding color is sage green, so there will be a hoard of people already wearing that color, if that's helpful to know!

Do I need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19?

Answer

Yes! And boosted. We'd also appreciate if you took an at-home test before the wedding, especially if you've been traveling. This is not required, though.

Are guests required to wear masks?

Answer

Nope! But you can wear one if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Can I bring a date or plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that only those guests who are included on your invitation attend the wedding.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is ample parking available at the wedding venue, but if you plan to drink, please use the shuttle that will be provided! In addition, if you want help coordinating a carpool and/or designated driver, please let us know. You are allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight. Please pick up your vehicle between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM the next day (Sunday, October 9).
