Things To Do

If you are staying for a little while and enjoying what Charlotte has to offer, here are a few things that Chris and I like to do.

Local Breweries

Drink at the local breweries. There are so many around Charlotte! Some of our favorites are OMB, Sugar Creek Brewery, Petty Thieves Brewing Company, Catawba Brewing Co., Sycamore Brewery, and many more!

Optimist Hall

1115 North Brevard Street, Charlotte, NC 28206
, (980) 701-0040

Eat! Optimist Hall in Noda is a cool spot to check out. There are multiple vendors to choose from for food/drinks/miscellaneous items.

Crowders Mountain State Park

522 Park Office Lane, Kings Mountain, NC 28086
, (704) 853-5375

Hike Crowders Mountain. It's about 45 minutes from uptown Charlotte. There are two trails you can follow. One is shorter than the other.

The Depot at Gibson Mill

325 McGill Avenue Northwest, Concord, NC 28027
, (704) 787-9351

Check out an Antique store! This antique store is a little outside of Charlotte, but so worth it if you have a day to spare! There is also a brewery next door if you want to check that out too (Cabarrus Brewing Co.)!

SouthPark

4400 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28211
, (704) 364-4411

Shopping! There are a few malls you could check out: The South Park Mall, The Northlake Mall, and Concord Mills Mall.

For all the days along the way
