We will be providing bus transportation to and from our venue to the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre, PA. We have 10 rooms blocked off at this hotel at a discounted rate from 10/23-10/25. The rooms are first come first serve. You must book the room by September 23rd. After that date they become available to the public and you will no longer receive the discounted rate. Anyone in the Wilkes Barre area who would like a free ride to and from our venue are more than welcome to hop on the bus. The hotel is located right next to the Wilkes Barre Walmart. If you are not staying at the hotel, you are more than welcome to park at Walmart and walk over to the hotel to catch the bus.
