Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For our planning purposes, we kindly ask that you RSVP to the events as soon as possible. Please note that the deadline to RSVP is April 25th, 2025. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late responses after this date, and we will have to mark your attendance as "no." This is to ensure we can provide an accurate guest count to the caterers in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you have received a plus-one, their name will be specified in the subject line of your email invitation. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only the individuals listed under your name when RSVPing attend. Please let us know if you think we are missing someone. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. A professional photography team will be capturing the ceremony, and these photos will be shared with those who are interested. Outside of the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, and we encourage you to share them with the bride and groom!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We kindly want to let you know that there will not be alcohol served at the wedding, as the bride and groom do not drink. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors on the property, and the reception will follow indoors.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully!) the ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors with air conditioning for your comfort. Restrooms will be conveniently located and easily accessible throughout the entire event.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to join us in garden attire to complement the season and theme of our special day! Garden Attire: Opt for sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, button-down shirts, linen shirts, and sunglasses!

What is the address for the venue?

Answer

The venue is a newly constructed building, so as of March 2025, it may not be listed on Google Maps or Apple Maps. However, if you navigate to the Psi Ote Nature Lodge, you will find parking available for the venue. For your convenience, here are the coordinates for the venue: 41°06'21.3"N 85°09'41.8"W.

Where can I park upon arrival?

Answer

There is a small parking lot directly in front of the venue, which includes 7 handicap spots and additional available spaces. Reserved spots will be designated in this lot for the wedding party to ensure the bride can make it down the aisle on time, as she will be the last to arrive! Additional parking is available in nearby lots on Park Drive, and you are welcome to park in any of these spots.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue by 3:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to get comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
