We had our first date at Swirl restaurant in Solon, about 1 month after we had our first phone call. It took 3 years of long distance dating between Cleveland and Cincy, a transition involving 2 more years together in Cleveland, 2 years now as an engaged couple in Boston, and several life changes and immense loss. Finding "the one" does not make life easy. It does not make the relationship invulnerable. It just means that every day you wake up, you know in your heart you have found something good. And it is good. ❤️
