Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After

Jason and I met online August 10, 2015 and decided to meet in person a few days later at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Fair Lawn. I was never one to believe in "love at first site" however, from the moment we met I knew he was the "one". We started dating August 28, 2018 and shortly after I told Jason that he was going to marry me some day, I just knew.

For my birthday this year Jason decided he was going to plan a vacation and keep everything a "surprise". I was not allowed to know any details except for the date. We both work so hard every day, it was nice to have something special to look forward to. Before I knew it, it was time to go and we were off to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico! The weather was beautiful and I was ready to have a drink in my hand and toes in the sand. Our first day at the resort we decided to keep things relaxed and spent the day by the pool. We went to dinner at Jade, the Asian restaurant located within the resort. As we started to finish Jason told me that I still have another "present" and suggested we take a walk on the beach. It was breathtaking that night with the moon reflecting over the ocean. We walked hand in hand along the water and couldn't be happier. Jason asked if I wanted my "present", I could tell he was excited. Immediately I felt a rush of butterflies take over my stomach as I replied of course! He took my hand, got down on one knee and we were engaged! Simple, intimate and very "Jason". We spent the remaining few days of vacation celebrating our engagement as a couple, and I wouldn't have had it any other way! We're so excited to share our happily ever after with you!
