When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by February 28, 2026.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, see the Travel page on our website. We've blocked rooms at the Hilton Orlando and can also recommend a nearby Holiday Inn. Both are approximately 15 minutes from the airport. Orlando is hotel-rich, so feel free to choose your own adventure if these options don't suit you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free, plentiful onsite parking at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Hilton Orlando to the venue and back. The shuttle will leave the Hilton Orlando at 3:30 pm and will drive everyone back to the Hilton at the conclusion of the reception at 10 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event. Please ensure you account for them in your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire. Please note both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, so be sure to check the weather! Cocktail hour will be on grass, but the rest of the venue is paved. You should be okay in heels if that's your thing.
