The dress code is garden cocktail attire. It was inspired by the Il Giardino degli Aranci (Orange Garden) perched atop the Aventine Hill in Rome. Here's an article that explains this dress code in more detail: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364. The best example I can find for the application of such dress code is here: https://www.vogue.com/slideshow/veuve-clicquot-polo-classic-new-york-2023
The Fairmont has a parking garage, the entrance of which is on Powell Street. Coming up from Powell Street from Market, it will be on your left right after you pass California Street. The rate for the garage is $22/Hour or $75/Night. Alternatively, you can use the valet, or hail an Uber or Lyft, and be picked up right at the front entrance (950 Mason Street).
It's a standing room only ceremony (except for the wedding party), you won't have room to park the doves on the balcony.
