Answer

Yes! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back after the reception. Just please let us know if you’ll be using it so we can set up plenty of trips! :)

Answer

Doors open promptly 30 minutes before the ceremony!

Answer

Yes there is a pasta which includes grilled/sautéed vegetables that can be elected. If you want to have the pasta as an entree please let Lynndie or Kyle know so they can mark you down for that option.

Question

Covid protocols?

Answer

All current guidelines will be followed, but masks will be optional for guests during the event. -tables will be spaced -families seated together where possible -all servers masked -restrooms cleaned throughout event -all hard surfaces sanitized throughout -hand sanitizer at each table -single use beverage containers where applicable

Question

What’s the “bracelet system?”

Answer

We’ll have red, yellow, and green rubber bracelets for everyone to choose from. Red means you prefer to only be approached if others are wearing masks and socially distancing as well. Yellow means you’re okay with talking and socializing but please still use caution. Green means you’re okay with whatever, BUT you WILL show respect to others with different colors. We ask everyone to PLEASE respect our elderly guests and act responsibly. The venue has stated that they will not enforce masks for the guests, but the employees will always be wearing one.
