Lynna put in an application at Graeter's Ice Cream, and a few days later Spencer calls her to set up an interview. Lynna got the job, and then Spencer began to train her on all things ice cream. They quickly became friends, hanging out, going to chick-fil-a (of course), watching movies, and sooner or later Spencer asked Lynna to be his girlfriend. She said yes, and the rest is history.

Lynna's cousin runs an Etsy business to sell jewelry. One day she calls Lynna asking to model some earrings for the website at Inniswoods park. Spencer was pushing to go to watch. Lynna was a little curious as to why but did not think much of it. As she was taking the photos, Spencer got down on one knee behind Lynna. When she turned around, she was in complete shock. Spencer asked her to marry him, and of course, she said yes!
