What is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
PLEASE RSVP by July 4, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will not be able to hold your place, unfortunately. We would prefer to have an answer, than no answer at all <3

What does transportation and lodging look like?
Answer
Our venue collaborates with the DoubleTree by Hilton, which is about 15 minutes away. We recommend booking a room there if it’s feasible for you, as a lot of guests will be staying there. There will be shuttle service to and from the venue/hotel. 5790 University Pkwy Winston Salem, NC 27105 Feel free to use other lodging options :)

Which airport should we fly into?

The closest options would be: Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) Please check all three for your best option.

Is there onsite parking available?
Answer
Absolutely! Please note that there is gravel, and it may be a little bit of a walk from the parking area.

Are there any colors that you would prefer guests to not wear?
Answer
The only color we are asking guests to not wear would be Olive Green, as the wedding party will be in this color.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are wanting formal or cocktail attire for this event. Please refrain from wearing jeans or shorts. Please also note that we will be in the mountains, so the evening may get chilly.

Are there food options for guests with dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
Answer
You will have the option of a chicken meal or a vegetarian meal for this buffet style dinner. Please indicate on your RSVP which of the two is needed.

What time should we arrive to the venue?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to be seated.
