When should we arrive? How long should we stay?

Answer

That is totally up to you and your family. We would love for everyone to spend as much time with us as they can. From what I'm hearing, guests are arriving Wednesday, February 21st and leaving Saturday, February 23rd.

Transportation from the Airport

Our resort, Excellence Playa Mujeres also offers SUV Deluxe Private round trip transportation ($182-$204 depending on number of passengers). Once you have booked your room and have your flight information, you can email trafico@seasonstours.com to arrange your transportation this if you would prefer this service. What type of clothing should we pack? SWIMSUITS! Yet, most all-inclusive resorts are “vacation casual.” Shorts, swim-suits, t-shirts, and resort wear are recommended. However, if you plan on dining at one of the upscale restaurants, men will need slacks; collared shirt, and closed-toe shoes, and ladies are asked to wear dress slacks, skirts, or dresses. Did you hear that gentleman? ---*MEN MUST WEAR COLLARED SHIRTS and CLOSED TOED SHOES AT ALL RESTAURANTS*

What are some common activities at all-inclusive resorts?

Our resort includes: daily and nightly entertainment, tennis, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kayaks, paddle boats, swimming pools and hot tubs.

Can I participate in tours or activities outside the resort?

Answer

Yes; however, you should consider bringing cash or credit cards to cover these expenses. Check with your concierge to see if they offer help in booking non-resort activities.

What type of dining is available?

Please make reservations before hand for large groups! Our all-inclusive resort provides a variety of cuisines, from casual buffets for a quick bite, to gourmet Italian or French restaurants and delicious local specialties. They offer ten international restaurants and eleven stylish bars. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, and unlimited beverages. Even snacks and 24-hour-room service, if you choose. All of the restaurants feature healthy spa and vegetarian menu options, too. Check the dress code for the restaurants before packing your suitcase!
