FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lyndzie Adelhardt and Zachary Windmann
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend you try to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to park and find your seat.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to join us for our big day. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP no later than October 5th, 2025.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free, on-site parking. The venue is handicap accessible as well.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to join us in formal (optional) or cocktail attire. Examples include suits, sports coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (mini, midi, knee-length, or full length). Please no jeans.

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be held indoors, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so please dress appropriately for the current weather. Outdoor patio heaters will be provided if needed.

Question

Will there be any food accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! All drinks will be provided by the bride and groom. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!
