You will need to provide the special 4-letter group code “HKWS” to the reservation agent to access the group’s rate.

Shuttle
May 20, 2023 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttles will be running staggered loops periodically between 3:00 pm and 4:15 pm. There will be 3 shuttle loops prior to the ceremony. A smaller shuttle will run between the Best Western and Residence Inn to the venue. A larger shuttle will only run from the Residence Inn to the venue. The shuttles will run continuous loops at the end of the reception to the hotels!
