To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. The deadline is September 1st, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "not attending". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner.
Your presence will be greatly missed! If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Please arrive to the venue between 3:30 and 3:45 to allow for ample time for parking and getting seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm and late arrivals will not be seated.
Yes! There is parking available at the venue, but unfortunately, vehicles cannot be left overnight.
Our wedding will take place in an outdoor setting. In October, Arizona generally experiences a pleasant fall climate with average highs ranging from the high 80s to the low 90s, and average lows in the 50s to 60s. Please dress and plan accordingly, as the days can be warm but the nights can get chilly! We will have heaters on the property.
Dress code is semi-formal.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we want everyone to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like before and after the ceremony.
Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine and beer during dinner and an open bar for the party! Your safety is our priority so we ask that you please be mindful and arrange external transportation if you plan on drinking. Vehicles cannot be left overnight in the parking lot and we do not endorse drinking and driving.
