What is the wedding day itinerary?

- Ceremony: 5:30pm-6:00pm - Cocktail Hour: 6:00pm-7:00pm - Reception: 7:00pm-11:00pm

Am I allowed a plus one?
Answer
No. All wedding invitations will include the full names of every person that is invited from your party.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Our wedding does have an age limit for children attendees. Unless your child is participating in the ceremony (flower girl/ring bearer), we kindly request that any children be at least 12 years old by the time of the wedding.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Answer
No. Outside food and beverages cannot be brought onto the Sugar Spring Ranch property.

Is smoking/vaping allowed during the ceremony and reception?
Answer
No. Sugar Spring Ranch is a tobacco, vape, and smoke free facility! Please leave any and all tobacco, vape, or smoking products at home on the day of the wedding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony! We kindly request that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away during the ceremony. Any photos taken by the photographer will be shared with guests upon request.
