The elite of Leesburg family royalty and one of my oldest friends, Chris has kept me grounded at my roots no matter where I go. Chris is responsible for my indoctrination into Bills Mafia at Highmark Stadium and liberation from the Washington Football Team. He still reigns supreme in Leesburg, VA with his wife Jessie and daughter Lily.

Starting in 7th grade, Jacque has been by my side. From sleepovers to CSU (where we still had sleepovers) our adventures are endless and filled with so much joy and laughter. I don't know what I would do without her. I have known Jac for more of my life than I haven't known her and I would not change a single moment of that time together. I could never imagine this day without her.

Josh and I served in the Army together on our first overseas mission, and he remains one of the best officers and friends I’ve ever met. Survivors of both a Caribbean hurricane and a Rocky Mountain blizzard in a single year, the Army had to separate our team because its against regulation to have too much competency and common sense in one place at one time for too long. He continues to serve and resides in Washington with his wife Kate.

Julie is not just a friend or a sorority sister, she is the person who calls me out on my S***, the person that holds me accountable and pushes me, all while making me laugh until I cry and being so loveable. In addition to being an amazing friend, she is also one half of the reason for this day. I am so thankful for Julie for being everything I need in a friend and knowing when I need it and for bringing Ryan into my life. I am blessed to have her with me.

Tyler and I grew up playing ball together with his brother Zach under hall of fame coaches Juan Romero and Bruce Hayden. ESPN’s Around The Horn still hotly debates our run as one of the best-worst, or the worst-best little league teams of all time. Tyler resides in Colorado with his wife Julie, and is one half the reason for bringing Lyndsay into my life.

She is always looking out for me and I am so grateful for her love. No matter what happens she has my back and I cant wait for her to stand with me on this special day.

#53. Two-wheeled extraordinaire, Formula VW Beetle chief engineer/driver, racing coach, life coach, and dear friend. Syrus and I met at rainy motorcycle race track in South Carolina, only to find out we were actually neighbors in Virginia and had both just relocated from Colorado! As the amount of two-wheeled toys grew in my garage, Syrus’s charismatic mentorship has kept me safe and sane both on and off the race track. He resides in Colorado with his wife Kate and their son Ty.

The most beautiful soul that I never expected to have in my life. I had no idea when I started my job that I would find a lifelong friend. Our long commute and car rides together formed an unbreakable bond of friendship. Long talks, book ideas, laughs, and love all came from this unexpected meeting. Even though she now lives across the world, her regular "life update episodes" are my favorite part of the month. I wish she was closer and we could talk more but I am so thrilled for her to share this day with me.

Our engagement wouldn't have been possible without Jack’s help, and I’m grateful to have an accomplice whenever we visit our home in Colorado. Favorite activities include bonfires and hitting golf balls at low flying aircraft near Centennial Airport.
