we're getting married!

We met at a party at Zeth's fraternity house. I knew a few of his bros and got the hook up to use the bathroom in the living quarters upstairs (because anyone who has been to a fraternity house knows the public restrooms can be less than ideal). Little did I know that the bathroom was a jack and jill style, Zeth lived on the other side. I know what you're thinking, "oh no, he opened up the door while Lyndee was in there," and you'd be right; he walked in on me in the bathroom. We've been walking in on each other in the bathroom ever since...

The big day came Christmas Day 2020. I was not expecting it at all. I knew that he had the ring because he left the receipt in his 4-Runner and I noticed it when I was picking us up some pizza and driving his car. That was in July, so you could say I was on edge for a few months. I think he knew this and waited as long as possible on purpose to spite me....But because I didn't think he would ask on Christmas Day he had me fooled and I was over the moon excited. We were at my parents' home celebrating Christmas with my family. It was small, there were no paparazzi cameras around, just the two of us and family. We popped champagne and celebrated the rest of the day!

November 2014 - Officially boyfriend and girlfriend February 2018 - Moved into our first rental house together December 2019 - Picked up our first furry family member, Lucille! December 2020 - Zeth popped the question, Lyndee said yes August 2021 - Closed on our first home! South City for life October 2021 - Added another furry family member, Cooper! September 2022 - We start our forever as a married couple!
