This is where our afterparty will be held and it's just a short walk from many of our recommended hotels. The area comes alive at night, making it the perfect place to eat, drink, and explore Seoul.

Easiest option is get food / drinks from nearest convenience store, which are super popular :)
Bukchon Hanok Village is a residential neighborhood in Jongno District, Seoul, South Korea. It has many restored traditional Korean houses, called hanok. This has made it a popular tourist destination. * Recommendation * - There is "E Chae Cafe" near exit 2 from An-guk station. We loved coffee and dessert there! - There's a amazing matcha tea house called "Osulloc Tea House Bukchon," thats worth the visit alone!
Gyeongbokgung Palace is the grandest of Seoul's "Five Grand Palaces" and the first royal palace established in 1395. You need to pay an admission fee to enter. One of the most popular things to do here is to rent Hanbok (traditional korean outfit) and take photos and view the changing of the guard. *Recommendation* - If you are looking to have a drink near there, there is "Cobbler" Hanok bar!
At the center of Gwanghwamun Square stands the statues of King Sejong and Admiral Yi Sunshin. King Sejong the Great is the fourth and most respected king of the Joseon Dynasty and creator of Hangeul (Korea's alphabet). Admiral Yi Sun-shin is a naval commander noted for his victories against the Japanese navy during the Japanese invasions of Korea (1592-1598) and a hero among Koreans. We highly recommend to walk down more after and then you can walk through Cheonggyecheon, which is super pretty! * Route would be after Gyeongbokgung Palace > Gwanghwamun Square > Cheonggaechen.
