FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online through the link provided on the Save the Dates, via our website no later than June 19, 2026 (11:59 PM). This can ensure that we have a seat for you at the wedding venue!

Question

What happens if I RSVP after the deadline?

Answer

Unfortunately, because the RSVP deadline has passed, final numbers have been turned in and we cannot guarantee you a seat at our wedding. We're so sorry you can't make it to our wedding, your presence will be missed.

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the Guild Inn Estate, located at the following address: 201 Guildwood Pkwy, Scarborough, ON M1E 1P5

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at the Guild Inn Estate for both the ceremony and reception.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

The dress code is formal or black-tie optional. For the gentlemen, this would be a formal dark suit, white shirt and conservative tie. For the lovely ladies, this would be a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress or a dressy pantsuit.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your children, this will be an adult-only occasion. If your child is invited, their names will be on the RSVP. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Question

Do I have a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, because of the size of our venue, we have not given out any blank plus-ones. Those who are invited received an invitation.

Question

What kind of wedding gift should I bring?

Answer

Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us plan for our future together.

Question

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We love photos and videos - feel free to capture and share the fun during the celebration! For the ceremony, however, we ask that all phones and cameras be put away so we can enjoy this special moment together.
