The Bride and Groom met on August 17th 2018, in the most romantic and traditional of ways, Match.com. Daniel took an immediate interest in Jessica's profile, but after assuming she was out of his league did not pursue. However, after seeing Jessica had also taken immediate interest - liking his photos and creeping his profile (many, many times) he then initiated contact with an unique and slightly snarky introduction. She was even more intrigued. Many a message exchange ensued. There was an instant banter and rapport, like picking up a conversation with someone you had always know. From then on there were days of unnaturally long phone conversations discussing anything from childhood memories, movie deep dives, and everything in between. The couple met for the first time on August 21st at Spiderhouse Cafe, a less than ideal time for both, as Daniel was going into a night shift and Jessica was on call. What was meant to be a quick coffee date turned into 6 hours of delightful and engaging conversation which was walked away from only out of necessity. The two were pretty much sold, and despite exhaustion from the night before they saw each other the next day...and whenever possible from then on.
