It is important that guests are aware that reservations must be made through this booking link in order to receive the group rate by Friday, October 2. After this date, the booking link will no longer work and rooms will be at the prevailing room rate. Each person is responsible for a reservation guarantee with a credit card or debit card at the time of reservation. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the arrival date. Also, the booking link will state that prepayment is not required. However, on the day of arrival, the hotel will authorize each card for the total amount of the stay. Any cards that are declined or invalid will result in cancellation.
